The history of the restaurant

 Buca Di Baldabò was born in 1996, when Enrico and Giovanna decided to change their lives and engage in this wonderful adventure. Today the two owners, thanks to their passion, courtesy and professionalism, are known and appreciated by all tourists and guests who have had the opportunity to visit the restaurant and taste the delicious genuine Tuscan and international cuisine.

The two owners of the Buca Di Baldabò have given a boost to tourism in the village of Vico Pancellorum, always engaging and passionate in order to discover the beauties of the town and the surrounding area. Vico Pancellorum and the neighboring villages have had, since the restaurant opened, many international visitors who have chosen this wonderful destination to spend holidays in the name of the restaurant's genuine cuisine and the breathtaking views that surround the village.
